Custom pumps for specific applications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have designed and manufactured a custom pump<\/strong> specifically suited for transferring dense fluids<\/strong> from drums and IBCs.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

IBCs and drums are industrial containers<\/strong> used to store and transport liquids (and sometimes solids).
They are used in various sectors (chemical, food, agriculture, pharmaceutical, logistics) and built according to specific specifications for the product they contain.
IBCs are large, cubic plastic containers enclosed in a metal cage, with a typical capacity of between 600 and 1,000 liters. They have the advantage of being stackable, to optimize space, and are often equipped with a drain tap for emptying. Drums, on the other hand, are cylindrical containers made of steel, plastic, or fiberboard, with a standard capacity of 200\u2013220 liters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many dense products are sold in drums or IBCs. Users often face the challenge of emptying these drums and transferring their contents. In some cases, this simply involves filling smaller-capacity containers for retail sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other cases, the product is collected for use in a production process. These transfer operations can be performed by gravity, essentially using the force of gravity, or by using pumps. Obviously, the denser the product, the more essential the use of a pump becomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For highly viscous products<\/strong>, we have designed a solution consisting of a pump and a very compact reducer, all mounted on a base. The pump can be placed directly on top of the IBC or drum, without needing to be immersed in the product. Being self-priming, it will remain above the product, and only the suction tube will be immersed, greatly simplifying emptying operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internal gear volumetric pumps<\/strong> are ideal for pumping dense products<\/strong> that cannot be agitated or emulsified.
The E Series pump<\/a><\/strong> is particularly suitable for high-viscosity<\/strong> and high-density fluids<\/strong>, ensuring a constant flow rate with every revolution of the motor shaft.
This specific configuration, with a vertical motor<\/strong>, is particularly suitable for installation above the drum, offering particularly compact dimensions for its performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
